Debbie Roberts, Office Manager & Research Lead

Debbie Roberts has been a part of the TKJ team for over a decade. She has been integral in the ongoing operation of the firm, including financial management and vendor management. As part of the research team, Debbie brings her experience working with a wide variety of industries, including insurance, financial services, manufacturing, construction and public relations. 

Debbie is married, has two sons and a rescue dog named Lenny. She is an expert gardener and enjoys spending hours hiking the local trails with Lenny. She is also on the Board of Directors of The JLS Foundation, a non-profit committed to increasing higher education and community service among high school students.

Debbie earned a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from New England College and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.
